ICHING.EXE is an interactive electronic edition of the I Ching.
It contains the original text as edited by
Confucius1,
transferred from the Chinese into German by
Richard Wilhelm2
and rendered from German into English by
Cary F. Baynes3.
This unique computer program can be run on pracically any PC (Intel x86
compatible CPU, VGA graphics) using Microsoft DOS or Windows operating systems.
The electronic edition of the I Ching utilizes the abilities of the computer to
randomly select Hexagrams and conveniently analyze them. Using a mouse
pointer (first press H or F1 for instructions), line movements and Hexagram changes
are instantly executed and displayed.
